AIR — ALLIANCE FOR INNOVATIVE REGULATION
David Ehrich is Co-founder and Executive Director of AIR - the Alliance for Innovative Regulation, a non-profit dedicated to the digital modernization of the regulatory system. David has worked in banking and payments for 20 years at McKinsey, American Express, and JPMorgan Chase where he was the head of credit card strategy and helped design their big data initiative. He is the architect of the Bank On National Account Standards, and a Co-Founder of Petal, a fintech credit card pioneering the use of cash flow underwriting to help consumers build safe and affordable credit access. David is a member of the CFPB’s Consumer Advisory Board, and a member of the Marketplace Partner Advisory group for Change Machine. David serves on several nonprofit boards and is an active fintech advisor and investor. David holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Blair Glencorse
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Blair Glencorse is Executive Director of the Accountability Lab- an organization that makes governance work for people around the world. Blair and his team have done everything from building incubators to support civic technologies; to setting up civic collaboration hubs across Africa and Asia; to running a global TV show called Integrity Icon to “name and fame” honest government officials. Blair is also a member of the Steering Committee of the Open Government Partnership; an expert on anti-corruption with the World Economic Forum; and a member of the World Bank’s Expert Advisory Council on Citizen Engagement. He is the Co-Chair of the C20 Anti-Corruption Working Group, advising the G20 on issues of anti-corruption on behalf of global civil society. Blair speaks and writes regularly on issues of open governance, anti-corruption, citizen participation and social change.

Thomas Hardjono
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Dr Thomas Hardjono is currently the CTO of Connection Science and Technical Director of the MIT Trust-Data Consortium, located at MIT in Cambridge, MA. Previously he led the development of the MIT Kerberos Network Authentication open source project at MIT (part of the famed Project Athena), promoting Kerberos to be the most ubiquitously deployed symmetric-key authentication protocol in the world. Spending nearly two decades in the technology industry, he has held numerous leadership roles in a range of technology companies and industries, from IP routing, to tamper-resistant hardware, to digital identity management, confidential computing and crypto-assets.

Norm Hodne
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Norm Hodne is Director of Program Management for the Microsoft ACTS initiative. His team’s mission is to, “In the next decade, mobilize the power of data to assist governments in bending the curve of corruption.” His work is global and recently took him to four African countries to discuss new or ongoing digital transformation and transparency projects. Prior to joining Microsoft ACTS, Norm’s roles at Microsoft include technical and business program and product management in Windows, Sales, and Support. This work includes leading Windows accessibility features, and international standards for accessibility. Norm’s personal mission is to enable technology solutions that make a significant difference in people’s lives.

Leanne Kemp

Leanne Kemp is the Founder and CEO of Everledger. With extensive experience in emerging technology, business, jewellery and insurance, Leanne is pushing boundaries with Everledger, addressing real-world challenges through driving transparency and trust along global supply chains using emerging technology. Her entrepreneurial success has led to her appointment as the Queensland Chief Entrepreneur for Australia from 2018 to 2020 and in 2021 Leanne was awarded the prestigious Clunies Ross Award for Entrepreneur of the Year by the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering. Leanne is an appointed member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Blockchain Business Council and a Co-Chair for the World Trade Board's Sustainable Trade Action Group. She is also on the IBM Blockchain Platform Board of Advisors.

Therese Lee
SR. DIRECTOR, ETHICS & BUSINESS INTEGRITY
Therese Lee is a Senior Director at Google, where she manages a global team responsible for a broad regulatory compliance portfolio, including Anti-Bribery, Code of Conduct/Conflicts of Interest, Ethical Culture & Conduct, Ethics Investigations, Ethical Labor, Political Law (Lobbying/Campaign Finance/Political Ads), Third Party Governance & Oversight, and Public Procurement. Prior to Google, Therese practiced at the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in Washington, DC, where she specialized in FCPA matters, international litigation, and human rights cases. Therese also has worked in the Appeals Section of the Office of the Prosecutor at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, researched Singapore and Malaysia’s anti-terrorism laws as a Fulbright Scholar, analyzed East Asian security issues at the Center for Strategic & International Studies, and served as foreign policy adviser to U.S. Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan (D-NY, 1977-2001).

Sepideh Behram Rowland
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sepideh Behram Rowland is a senior managing director in the Financial Crimes Risk Management practice at K2 Integrity, where she serves as head of managed services. With more than 20 years of financial crimes compliance experience, Sepideh has held leadership positions, including chief compliance officer, at several of the financial community’s most respected institutions, community banks, and money services businesses. Her areas of expertise include ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA); Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter Terrorist Financing (CFT) regulations; and various sanctions programs.

Dr. Torplus Yomnak
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF ADVISOR
Torplus Yomnak is the Co-Founder and Chief Advisor of HAND Social Enterprise and an Assistant Professor of Economics at Chulalongkorn University. Last year, he was awarded the international Anticorruption Champions by the US Department of State for his broad range of anticorruption work in Thailand. Torplus is an innovator who leverages the latest technologies and coordinates between NGOs, government, and the private sector to battle corruption. He has consistently advanced anticorruption awareness, procurement reform, public-private cooperation, government data transparency, and youth engagement.
